Life isn't worth living without girlfriends

after two long months of overseas living with Ned,

and only talking with a guy (although Ned is an exceptional guy)

and not knowing if my boots look cute with my khakis,

and not knowing if my hair looks better in barettes or hair bands,

and not being able to get dressed up and go dancing with my girlfriends,

and talk about that guy, and what our love life is like, and talk about the local gossip,

I had two long chats sessions with my good, best friends Danielle and Val (both over tea) last night and this afternoon.

Women need women.

I feel great, and look forward to brunch with another great, wonderful girlfriend Ane, tomorrow.
