
My new favorite snack is
watermelon seeds.
They sell them in little packages at the grocery store, or in big bulk bags in the street. The seeds have been soaked in salt water, and then roasted in big ovens.
They are crunchy and delicious.
My mother tells me they are rich in iron.
Next time you eat a watermelon, save the seeds and soak em' roast 'em!
